Great little hex file viewer that lets you choose the codepage/character set to display the content. Also has editor mode so you can edit or create content based on either text or hex values. Nice extras such as data inspector (choose bytes and show as e.g. float or UTF-8), checksum calculator (shows 20+ checksum values, including SHA256, MD5, CRC32 etc.)
